How much training is required to be able to use Jobtrain?
A few hours spent navigating your way round the demo site will soon have you comfortable with the various functions of the system. We do, however, provide a comprehensive user guide when you sign up to Jobtrain and on-going support for the length of your contract.
What level of support is there for the duration of my licence/campaign?
A dedicated help-line is provided for clients and their candidates to assist with both technical and general queries.
How secure is my database?
All data is backed up on a daily basis and stored in two remote locations. Jobtrain has three separate readers available to restore data. Using a different back-up tape on a daily basis, data can be recovered from source and in minimal time. In addition, a test re-store is carried out monthly. Jobtrain has its own FireWall protection, full policy details of which can be made available by contacting our IT department.
Who can access my database of candidates?
Only you will have access to the database. Jobtrain fully complies with data protection legislation.
What IT infrastructure is needed?
A normal installation is based on an ASP solution (we ‘host’ the solution). We recommend that you use a minimum of Netscape 4.07 or Internet Explorer 5.0.
What else is needed for implementation?
In order to make use of Jobtrain’s sifting tool, an assessment questionnaire must be linked to every vacancy listed on the system. We will help you specify and score the required screening criteria (competency based or otherwise) by working with you to design a completely bespoke questionnaire or provide you with a menu of relevant questions to choose from
