Job Description

Following the retirement of a long-serving and much-respected colleague, Beamish Museum is seeking an exceptional Head of Food and Beverage to guide our talented team into the future.

We’re looking for a people-centred leader who can inspire and build on the strengths of our dedicated team. You’ll champion high standards and ensure our food reflects the stories we tell, creating memorable experiences across the museum.

As Head of Food and Beverage, you will:

  • Lead the strategic direction of our Food and Beverage operations.
  • Develop and enhance our offer, ensuring innovation and quality.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
  • Provide top-line leadership for a team of over 100 committed professionals.

This is a unique opportunity to join Beamish Museum at a pivotal moment and play a key role in shaping the future of our visitor experience.
