Business Areas - Introduction Welcome to some key business areas within Black & Decker - really just a flavour of what we are all about and how we go about it - along with the views of some of our employees.Our products are focused on two key groups of customer - the DIY user (Black & Decker's Consumer Product Range) and the Professional user (DEWALT). Both teams have dedicated support from other functions - for example, IT, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Finance. Each business area provides career opportunities set against its own structure, objectives and departmental culture. We celebrate the differences, but work towards a common organisational goal.
