Manufacturing Welcome to Manufacturing at Black & Decker.Currently the company has manufacturing operations in Italy, France, Germany, Czech Republic and the UK employing circa 2000 people. Processes range from plastic injection moulding, metals machining, motor manufacture, assembly and packaging operations. Black & Decker believes its brand names represent product quality, therefore regardless of the country or manufacturing plant, considerable effort is placed in developing and maintaining capable processes. The company achieves this through deployment of 6-sigma methodology.
