European Graduate Programme What stages will I go through? An Online Self-Selection Questionnaire: We will ask you a series of non-assessed questions about our working environment and basic requirements. They will allow you to decide if Black & Decker is right for you. An Online Application Form and Competency-based Questionnaire: We will ask you to tell us about yourself and the skills and experiences you can bring to Black & Decker. A Telephone Interview: You will speak to a Black & Decker Manager, who understands our Company and our Programme. Questions will focus on some of your past experiences. You will have the opportunity to ask us questions too! |
On-line Verbal and Numerical Reasoning Tests: If you have met our criteria for the telephone interview, we will invite you to complete these tests. The tip is to work quickly, smartly and accurately through them both. Personality Profile: If you are invited to attend our Assessment Centre, you will be asked to complete an on-line personality questionnaire. This profile will help us to understand your preferences in a work environment. Our Assessment Centre The Centre has been described by past graduates as “great fun” and a “good insight into Black & Decker”. We want to see the real you and will do everything we can to make you relax and perform to your best. We will of course assess you through a variety of competency-based activities, but you will also learn about yourself too! |
