Consumer Sales & Marketing The ProgrammeOur two-year, high profile Programme offers challenging sales and marketing experiences designed to develop future business leaders. The first year places you in a varied “real” marketing role, fulfilling a business need. Positions will be based at our European Head Office in the UK, or within one of our country offices or “markets”. The second year will broaden your commercial and sales skills, complementing year one in terms of commercial location and experience. It is often assignment-based and you may spend some time in another European Country. Training Our graduate training programme is thorough and comprehensive and designed to give you a greater knowledge |
of our organisation and learn key leadership skills. Our compreshensive induction, will provide you with an overview of the organisation and allow you to meet key people and start to build relationships with your fellow graudates. Key features of your development include training activities such as teambuilding, presentation skills and product training, to taking part in a rewarding mentoring programme and undertaking a business critical graduate team project where your findings and solutions are presented to senior managers. Opportunities Success is measured through results and outstanding performance. We will do all we can to “market” you and your achievements, within the EMEA business. |
