Our business is growing as P&O Cruises are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager who wants to be part of a brand that is famous for its exceptional cuisine and warm welcome!

- Previous employment within Food & Beverage on board a cruise ship or large hotel resort environment
- Comprehensive understanding of USPH and food hygiene is essential
- Experience of financial management of stock, cost controls and budgets and meeting and exceeding targets
- Extensive managerial experience of managing a large team conducting appraisals, development plans and motivating staff, ideally within the cruise industry
