It takes many different technical specialisms to deliver our amazing entertainment shows onboard P&O Cruises day in, day out. We are looking to attract the very best Assistant Manager Production – Sound to help lead our teams to deliver the West End to the Sea.
Every ship offers new experiences and different types of guest, and every cruise is an opportunity to showcase your skills in all things Sound & Audio – no two entertainment programmes will ever sound the same! Working with the stage technicians you will be designing sound for the large theatre shows to exclusive cabarets and pool side quizzes.
Are you someone who can adapt to situations during live productions? Are you able to find practical solutions to every day challenges? Are you someone who is reliable and able to deliver the most entertaining and quality shows?
If this all resonates with you, and you have experience of the below then we want to hear from you:
- Relevant industry qualification in Sound or relevant work experience
- Digital mixing and processing audio systems in a live environment
- Working with large digital equipment and production sound designs
- Operating, maintaining and repairing sound systems
- Good Health & Safety knowledge within Production and experience working with Risk Assessments
- Previous experience supervising others desirable
