Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new role?
We are now recruiting for a friendly, efficient and reliable new colleague to join our amazing Shared Lives team in North Lanarkshire as an Administrator on a part time (16 hours a week) permanent basis.
As the Administration Assistant, your role will involve providing high quality administrative support to our Shared Lives Assessors. Your main purpose will be to provide a high quality customer focussed admin service while supporting our Shared Lives carers as they come on board.

About You
What we’ll need you to bring: -
- Experience in providing administrative support in a customer-facing role
- Confidence in the use of Microsoft packages (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritise your workload and work independently
- Great problem-solving skills with a positive can do attitude and approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence to communicate with colleagues, customers and stakeholders at all levels
Shift Patterns
This is a part time role consisting of 16 hours per week over two days (Tuesday and Friday) however these days can be flexible on occasion. Although this role will be predominantly home based, you will be expected to attend our office in North Lanarkshire for meetings when necessary there fore you must be based in North Lanarkshire or the surrounding areas. You will also be required to periodically attend our office in Irvine, North Ayrshire meaning this role would be suited to someone with their own transport.
