Our fabulous #TeamBarfillan is looking for an outgoing, caring and understanding female* colleague with a good sense of humor who enjoys getting out and about to join them as a Support Practitioner on a part time (24 hours), permanent basis.
As a Support Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in assisting the people we support with all aspects of daily living including cooking, personal care, meal preparation, administering medication and the management of personal finances.
The young man we support loves nothing more than to have a laugh with his team and play a prank here and there, so a sense of humour and still understands and respects boundaries is essential. When not playing pranks he enjoys watching TV and settling down with a movie.
The lady we support enjoys learning Spanish, travelling and watching the football with her dad. She also enjoys go to bingo and bowling and listening to music!
About You
You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and give you all of the practical skills you'll need, We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too.

Shift Patterns
Your shift patterns will mostly be working 24hour sleepover shifts, however some day or evening only shifts will be available. You will be working a 4 week rolling rota.
