Our amazing Crudenlea team in Stonehaven are looking for new colleagues to join them on a permanent part-time or full-time (10-39 hours per week) basis.
No previous experience? That's okay! If you're caring, compassionate and willing to learn, we'll provide all the training and support you need.

Shift Patterns
As we're dedicated to providing the best support possible shift patterns will usually fall into patterns early shifts and backshifts. Sleepovers, public holidays and weekends would be a requirement on a rotational basis.
Sleepovers are not included in your contracted hours and you’ll receive an additional sleepover payment of £107.60 per sleepover shift worked.
If you don't live in the Stonehaven area and are not a driver, we will need you to be mindful of the location of our services and be confident that you can travel for your shifts as there are limited public transport links available that fit with all of our shift patterns.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
