We could have the opportunity for you! We're looking for a Branch Administrator to join our North Lanarkshire Branch in Airdrie on a permanent, part-time (27 hours per week) basis.
The role
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are quite the same. You'll be at the heart of our Branch, providing essential administrative support to colleagues and helping ensure our services run efficiently, effectively and in a truly person-centred way.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role coordinating a wide range of administrative tasks, including:-
- Providing administrative support to our services and Associate Director
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Supporting banking and financial administration
- Taking accurate minutes at meetings and following up on actions
- Maintaining, organising, archiving and retrieving staff records
- Supporting PVG applications and keeping SSSC records up to date
- Helping new and existing colleagues get the equipment, systems and access they need to do their jobs effectively, including ID badges, Teams channels and devices in person centred manner.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings
- Maintaining driver records and spreadsheets and ensuring our Driver Policy is followed
- Handling telephone enquiries and acting as a welcoming first point of contact
- Supporting the organisation and promotion of fundraising events

What we’ll need you to bring: -
- A minimum of 1 years' experience of providing administrative support in a customer-facing role
- Confidence in the use of Microsoft packages (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritise your workload and work independently
- Great problem-solving skills with a positive can-do attitude and approach
- Excellent attention to detail
You will be based at our office in Airdrie 4 days a week. (Tuesday & Thursday 9am-5pm, Wednesday & Friday 9am- 3pm)
