We're looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable new colleagues to join our amazing #TeamArnha in Ellon!

We have opportunities available on a permanent part-time basis (16, 20 or 25 hours per week), as well as relief positions if you're looking for something a bit more flexible.

You’ll become part of one of our fun, friendly and supportive teams providing personalised support to three gentlemen in their own home. Each gentleman has their own unique needs, interests and goals, making every day different and rewarding.

What the job will involve

Shift patterns


We provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shift patterns fall in to earlies, lates and sleepovers. Weekends, sleepovers and public holidays would form part of your rota on a rotational basis.

😴 Sleepover payments

Our sleepovers are separate from your contracted hours, so you’ll receive an additional payment of £107.60 for every sleepover you work - giving you the opportunity to earn extra alongside your contracted hours.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.

Please note - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany. Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.

If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
