Looking for a job where you can be yourself, feel valued and change lives, including your own?

If you're a natural people person who enjoys helping others and making people smile, then we're looking for people like you to join our amazing #TeamBerrybank in Maud. We've got part-time (16, 20 or 25 hours per week) and relief Support Practitioner roles available.

What does being a Support Practitioner mean

It's about so much more than care. It's about helping people live life their way, build confidence, try new things and enjoy the little moments.

You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team helping individuals with learning disabilities to live their lives at home and in out and about in the community.

One day, you might be baking a cake, getting creative with arts and crafts or tending the garden. The next, you could be enjoying a day out, supporting someone's independence or sharing a laugh over a cuppa.

About you

You don't need previous experience. If you're kind, compassionate and ready to learn, you're already half way there, we'll give you the training, encouragement and support you'll need to be a great Support Practitioner.

You're maybe looking for a fresh start, returning to work, changing careers or simply wanting a job that gives you more than just a payslip. Whatever your story, we're keen to hear from you!

We're looking for people who are:

💗 Kind, caring and compassionate
😊 Positive, approachable and happy to get involved
🤝 Supportive team players who enjoy working with others
🌱 Open to learning, growing and trying new things
✨ Ready to make a genuine difference
💻 Comfortable using computers and tablets

If this sounds like you, you could be just the person we're looking for!
