Are you looking for a rewarding, flexible job where you can make a difference?  We're on the lookout for fun, friendly and trustworthy colleagues to join our amazing #TeamBerrybank in Maud on a relief basis.

Our relief contracts really give you flexibility.  You tell us when you're available to work and we'll look to give you shifts to fit.

The Role

You'll become part of fun, friendly and active team who supports six individuals, all with different support needs to live in their own homes.  The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same!  Your main aim will be to support the individuals with all aspects of daily living, including shopping, housework, finances, medication and personal care.

All of the individuals are very active and love to get out and about, so you’ll also find yourself being involved in activities like going for walks, riding adapted bikes, swimming, baking and arts & crafts.

About You

You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll give you all the training you'll need if you're successful.  We'll even put you through your SVQ qualification too!

All we’ll need you to bring is: -

  • A full driving license
  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • A creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support
  • Confidence in the use of technology

Shift Patterns

As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, shifts usually fall into patterns of 0900-1500 hours, 1600-2100 or 1600-2200 hours, 7 days a week.

Sound interesting?  What are you waiting for?  Apply today, we can't wait to hear from you!

Shortlisted candidates will be invited along to a socially distanced interview on Tuesday 2nd November at our Peterhead office.

Have any questions?   If you'd like to find out more, please contact Suzanne Donn or Tracy Calder on 01771 613627.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.

If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 6 months of starting your employment with us.
