We’ve got great opportunities to join our amazing support teams in Stonehaven & Portlethen on a permanent (16-35 hours per week) and relief basis.
We pay our Team Members £10.02 per hour! If joining us on a relief contract, your pay rate would be £9.50 per hour with a pay award of £10.02 pending.
The Role
As a Team Member we'll guarantee you heaps of job satisfaction; no two days are ever the same, you’ll play a HUGE part in making a difference in the lives of the individuals in our care.
You'll support individuals with aspects of their daily living, including personal care, medication, housework and preparing food. You’ll also support them to reach their goals, participate in their hobbies and activities and play an active part in their local communities.
About You
At Cornerstone, we don't recruit on experience and qualifications; we're more interested in what you as a person will bring to our team! We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need to build an amazing career within the Health & Social Care sector. We'll even fund your SVQ qualification too!

Shift Patterns
As we're dedicated to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual the shifts will fall into patterns of early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and public holidays, so we will need you to be flexible.
Sleepovers do not form part of your contracted hours. You will receive a payment of £76 for every sleepover shift that you work!

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 6 months of starting your employment with us.
