Our amazing #TeamNewRow in Perth are on the lookout for a new part-time colleague on a permanent part-time (16 hours) basis.
You'll become part of a friendly, fun team who supports a fun loving gentleman who has cerebal palsy to live in his own home.
Your main aim will be supporting with all aspects of his daily living. This gentleman leads a very active lifestyle and enjoys going for walks, day trips, swimming exploring and technology.
We'll need you to be fun and outgoing but also enjoy quiet times with the ability to think of fun activities to do on rainy days too.
You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills and will give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. We'll even put you through your SVQ qualification too!

- Confidence to go in the water as swimming is a regular activity
- Great communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn

As we're dedicated to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual the shifts for this opportunity will involve working 1 x 16 hour shift plus a sleepover a week.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
