About the role

Due to an internal promotion within the team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Finance and Treasury Business Partner to join our Finance and Treasury function. You would be joining a friendly and welcoming team of 10, in a rewarding environment, as part of the social housing sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering effective finance business partnering to ensure production of quality budgets, forecasts and other management information. You will be self-motivated and have good attention to detail, enabling you to maintain a high quality of outputs whilst meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Providing a proactive management and financial accounting service to the Development and Partnerships directorate.
• Producing accurate and timely budgets and forecasts for development spend, LCHO sales and property disposals.
• Administration and forecasting of payments and transfers required to maintain the loan portfolio.
• Maintaining the cashflow forecast and ensuring adherence to treasury policies.
• Supporting the production and updating of 30-year business plans.
• Acting as an administrator for the software used in development appraisals and forecasting.
• Preparing data for returns to the Regulator of Social Housing and other external bodies.


A DBS check will be required for the successful applicant as part of our pre-employment checks.
