The main purpose of this post is to provide a confidential and efficient support service to the Senior Leadership Team in the Resources Division including:

 

·       Director of Treasury and Investment

·       Director of Corporate Services

·       Director of Business Solutions

·       Financial Controllers

·       Head of Assurance

 

What will you do? (For further details see Role Profile):

 

Provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Senior Leadership Team above including:

·       Managing diaries

·       Organise and plan meetings

·       Managing emails

·       Managing and reviewing the storage of information on the network drives

·       Admin support for projects when required

 

Liaise with other members of the Group Executive Team, Board/Committee Members and external clients as appropriate.

 

Co-ordinate, attend and minute meetings as required.

 

Co-ordinate and book attendance for Conferences, Seminars and any training course requirements.

 

Assist with the design and development of reports and presentations for Pobl and Group Member Boards, Committees and Executive team meetings as required.

 

Be the administrator for the Resources Division’s intranet site ensuring content is up to date and relevant.

 

Ensure the Division’s electronic files and network drives are kept in an agreed format to ensure documents are stored consistently and are easily accessible.

 

Working with the Financial Controllers and Head of Assurance to ensure the Division’s retention of records is complied with.

 

Provide an administration function for the Welsh Housing Partnership, supporting the Director of Treasury & Investment.

 

Provide ad-hoc support for the Division’s Executive Director and provide cover for the PA of the Divisions Executive Director as required.

You’ll have at least three years’ experience of working in a busy office at a senior level, be well organised, able to work under pressure and prioritise your workload. You’ll have excellent communication skills and be customer focussed.  Being a self-starter and able to make decisions is critical to the role.
