Inspire Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which also includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School and Thomas Rotherham College.

We want to hear from suitably qualified and experienced candidates who can evidence their ability to lead, manage and drive our proactive and consistent Human Resource Services embedding our People Strategy across our Trust and Academies and evaluating and delivering the HR Services Framework.

This is a new post and the successful candidate will work with the CEO and other senior staff to develop, deliver and embed our People Strategy which underpins and supports all that we do within the Trust, within each Academy, within each work group and as individuals.  Our People Strategy is focused on developing our staff to support them in creating positive impact and outcomes for pupils / students and our community.
