We are recruiting for a Head of Fleet to work on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement fleet sales strategy aligned with UK and global objectives.
  • Drive market share, volume, and profit targets through analysis, targeted campaigns, and performance monitoring (via SalesMAN)
  • Lead and coach the fleet sales team; maintain strong relationships with major customers and Private Capital Dealers
  • Manage sales figures and budgets across IKA, National Fleet, and Motorhome channels; ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements

In order to perform this role effectively, you will have an in depth knowledge of the Light Commercial Vehicle industry, with a focus on providing solutions for customer needs.

You will have an entrepreneurial mind, be a self-starter that is self-motivated and a change advocate. You will have a high degree of leadership competence as well as strong interpersonal competence.
