What is the role?
The primary focus of the role is to support the client’s customers by solving their technical challenges and providing guidance on the use of their various software and service offerings.
By combining great attention to detail with excellent troubleshooting skills, you will identify the customer’s needs and deliver appropriate action whilst exceeding their expectations. With low-volume, high complexity issues and assignments you will be challenged daily.
We are looking for someone with 3+ years’ experience supporting complex software applications, preferably in the financial services, with Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, system architecture, and corporate IT environments (SQL, SSRS, UNIX/LINUX, common APIs)
Ideally knowledge of fund accounting, financial services and/or front, middle, back office operations and reporting would be preferred.
An educational background in MIS, computer science or other technical degree, economics, business management, or finance would be ideal.
Depending on business needs you may be required to travel within the role.
