28 days holiday per year, rising to 30 after your first year with us

Shift pattern- 3/5 days Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm and either Saturday 8:30am-3pm or Sunday 10am-4pm.

The start date for this role is 27th June 2019, based in Airdrie. You’ll be the front-line support for Aviva Car Insurance providing assistance regarding potential and current Aviva customers, and provide up-to-date and relevant information.
We are seeking articulate individuals who are confident communicators with proven customer service experience. You will be IT literate, and competent using in house systems.
