You will be working for an exciting and innovative portfolio of clients, providing customers with great customer service. Your role would involve acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and handling everything from general enquiries to customer resolution. The primary purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to take inbound customer calls on behalf of a new & exciting client.  Applicants must demonstrate a flexible approach and be prepared to work shifts within the campaign operational hours. You will receive your rota up to 4 weeks in advance.
