Customer Service Advisor – Financial Services
We’re looking for competent and clear communicators to join a prestigious financial services provider.
You will be answering inbound customer queries relating to payments and other finance-related questions as well as resolving customer complaints whilst following Financial Conduct Authority regulations and quality and compliance guidelines.
You will be working in a fluid environment as part of a team and your role will evolve with each and every customer’s demand.
Engaging with the customer and tailoring the experience to suit their needs, to ensure they have the best solutions and the best experience, with every interaction.

Part-time shift patterns between 8.30am & 6pm Monday to Friday only!
A salary of up to £16,100 per year!
28 days holiday per year, rising to 30 after your first year with us
