Role Category - the way you'll work:

  • This role is categorised as a roam role.  Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers. Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity.  This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we’ll support you working from a variety of locations.

The Role:

Thirteen require a compliance officer to support the delivery of a new service. We’re looking for someone who can report on and analyse the data that we hold, identifying trends and reporting on performance measures.

The role will be responsible for carrying out a number of internal compliance functions including:

•    Carrying out structured and regular audit checks on the case management system, ensuring accurate data recording
•    Keeping up to date with quality and compliance requirements
•    Allocating referrals in a timely manner and ensuring queries are efficiently addressed

The service will enable ex-offenders to overcome any barriers which may prevent them from maintaining their accommodation and provide intensive personalised support to help prevent them from re-offending. ARCC recognises that some individuals need ongoing support to sustain accommodation and thrive in their local communities.

The Person:

A minimum of NVQ level 3 in a relevant field or demonstrable experience is a requirement of the job role and previous experience of working within a compliance role would be advantageous, although this is not an essential requirement.

Thirteen colleagues are deeply passionate about what they do and why they do it. We seek to employ people who share our ambition to think and work differently. This means sourcing those passionate individuals who ensure every relationship matters, are reliable and adaptable in their approach and can work progressively in a high performing, commercially minded environment.

Please note we retain a talent pool for future positions for applicants who reach the Thirteen standard at interview.

The future is exciting, and we only want the best to be part of it.

At Thirteen we're about homes and so much more.....
