We are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity to join our Client Approval team!
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, approving, and processing new business applications across individual, joint, trust, and corporate accounts. You will ensure all new portfolios are set up in line with regulatory standards and internal verification procedures. This includes conducting electronic identity checks, identifying missing documentation, and liaising with client service teams to gather the necessary information within set deadlines.
Responsibilities include
- Process personal data change requests and verify bank accounts.
- Liaise with our Technical, Compliance and Legal teams on complex new business cases.
- Collaborate with client service teams to ensure timely collection of Anti Money Laundering (AML) documents.
- Perform identity checks on all new business cases, including individual, corporate, employer and trust entities.
- Run daily control checks to ensure that processes are being followed correctly.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have client onboarding experience within the financial services sector. A solid understanding of AML regulations is essential, along with familiarity with onboarding requirements for trusts and corporate accounts. Experience handling complex and high-risk portfolios—such as charities or Financial Investment Companies (FICs) — is highly desirable.

The role is based in our central London office, working a minimum of two days a week in the office and three days a week from home.
