We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join the team at our Shefford site
About the role
You’ll be part of a busy, supportive team responsible for accurately picking and dispatching customer orders to high quality standards, while always following our Health & Safety procedures.
Your work will also include checking incoming components for correct quantities and condition, and ensuring all items are stored in the right locations.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift pattern:
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
You’ll need to be flexible and willing to undertake a variety of warehouse and yard duties both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
This position starts as a 6‑month contract, with the real opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
About you
To be successful in this role you have:
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licence
- Experience with scanner guns and a WMS
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable team player with a positive, flexible attitude
- Basic IT, good communication, and strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Committed to Health & Safety and company standards
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Full, valid driving licence
