At ACO Technologies, we design solutions that help manage water responsibly. We’re looking for a Product Manager to develop, enhance and optimise our Storm Water Control (SWC) portfolio keeping it competitive, compliant and aligned with strategic growth.
This is a role for someone who enjoys joining the dots between market needs, customer insight, commercial performance, and cross functional delivery, and who’s excited to keep learning in a specialist space.
About the role
You’ll take ownership of driving the ongoing evolution of the SWC range, ensuring it stays ahead of market expectations and changing standards.
Key accountabilities include:
- Product development specifications & optimisation of the existing SWC range to meet market demand, customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Market positioning and commercial strategy through continuous analysis of trends, customer feedback, competitor activity and industry standards.
- Cross functional collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Procurement to align product initiatives to business objectives.
- Project management of SWC development projects with internal R&D to be delivered to timeline, budget and quality expectations.
- Customer focus - building strong relationships and using insight to inform continuous improvement.
- Product marketing - working with our internal marketing team to tell the story of why our solutions matter.
- Training - preparing and delivering engaging sessions on new products for teams across the business.
You’ll work closely with customers, sales teams, specifiers, and colleagues across the wider ACO Group to ensure our solutions meet the functional demands of today and tomorrow.
About you
To be successful in this role you ideally have (but not essential):
- Proven project management experience in product development / improvement projects.
- Experience in product management, water management / civil engineering sectors are a strong fit.
- Ability to gather market intelligence and translate customer needs into commercially viable product solutions.
- Confident working cross functionally, aligning initiatives across multiple departments.
