We are looking for a Regional Sales Engineer, who has a significant bias towards Drainage and Highway sectors and a proven track record with contractors in those sectors to join our team.  If successful, you will develop and maintain commercial relationships with all relevant contractors, creating a strong awareness of all ACO Water Management products.

To be successful in this role you ideally have (but not essential):

  • Working experience in the UK civils market liaising with main contractors and subcontractors in a commercial sales role, not necessarily gained within the Midlands area.

  • The ability to demonstrate your knowledge of civils drainage or SUDS.

  • Good understanding of drainage drawings.

  • Current market knowledge with particular emphasis on the contractors working in sectors where surface water management/drainage products are used, with a technical understanding of construction projects, and preferably of drainage design and installation.

  • Good level of sales, negotiation and presentation skills, (CPD presentations experience would be advantageous) 

  • Civil Engineering qualification (HNC, HND or above) or equivalent knowledge gained through experience

You will be home based with occasional meetings and visits to our Head Office in Shefford, Bedfordshire, however, this role requires travel throughout the Midlands area of the UK, including these postcodes: ST, DE, NG, LN, LE, CV,B, WR, DY, WV, TF, WS .  Ideally, you will reside within these postcode areas.
