An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital & Content Co-ordinator with AGS Airports (Glasgow) 12 Month Contract
The successful candidate will primarily have the responsibility of creating content for the AGS Digital Team along with supporting other key digital projects and reporting on performance.
Along with the other AGS Digital Content Co-ordinator, the post holder will the responsible for all content creation and content deployment to all AGS Digital Platforms and Systems. These include but aren’t limited to;
The candidate will be expected to deliver content on demand to cater for the needs for the AGS Digital Strategy.
Specifically the candidate will support with the content creation of new websites, new CRM platform and new APP as well as supporting other ongoing AGS Digital projects.
The successful candidates will play a key role in the AGS Digital Team and will also support the wider E-commerce and Digital Managers across AGS in their day-to-day requirements with reporting and analysis to benchmark successes.
The successful candidates will thrive in dealing with multiple deadlines, will have a basic technical understanding of digital and will report to the AGS Senior E-commerce & Digital Manager.
Work with the AGS Digital team to implement the AGS Digital Strategy via content creation and support with digital tasks
Deliver best in class content to support all channels such as emails, website, app, social media and digital/video campaigns
Support AGS Digital Team in delivering key digital projects as and when required
Be commercially minded and create content optimised to increase online revenues for AGS Digital team
Act as a key member to the AGS Digital Team to support Glasgow, Aberdeen and Southampton Airport.
Data analysis and segmentation in support of AGS Digital Strategy and associated projects
Maintain excellent working relationships between internal and external stake holders
Have the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team to ensure content is delivered to the highest quality within the deadline.
Use the AGS Digital project management tools (Jira, Trello and Microsoft Teams) to bridge the geographical gap between your place of work and our 3rd party suppliers. Communication is key and travel will be required frequently for the successful candidate.
Deliver best in class ideas, support the culture of innovation in the AGS Digital Team and consistently benchmark performance of content
Support AGS Digital Team with any other reasonable requests in support of the digital and commercial operations of the airport.
Focus on creative tasks related to adobe creative cloud to support content across all creative discipline; animation, pictures, video, sound bits, info graphics.
Focus on copy writing to support wider AGS Content team.
Maintain the campus culture of the respective airport.
Qualifications and experience – Essential
Having the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
Capable of maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stake holders
Exceptional attention to detail essential
Passion for digital transformation.
Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
Experiences in HTML coding for email marketing creation
Qualifications and experience – Desirable
Desirable to have project management experience and ability to use project management tools such as JIRA, Trello
Experience in managing creative digital campaigns from start to finish
Previous experience in working in sprints and in an agile fashion
Previous agency experience would be an advantage
Experience in working with analytics, using industry standard tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords along with other AGS Digital bespoke platforms
