Aberdeen International Airport has a vacancy for a full-time Communications & Marketing Coordinator to join its busy team! In this role, your main priority will be to manage the airport’s internal/external communications, working closely with local and national press to promote the airport and deliver key messages. This varied and exciting position will also give you the opportunity to provide innovative and engaging content for the airport’s social media channels and quarterly lifestyle magazine.
The Forecourt Ambassador is responsible for providing an excellent service to all our customers in relation to assisting them with onward transport, in particular our dedicated taxi service, with way finding and in maintaining appropriate Forecourt Standards. The remit of this role is to manage the external areas of the Airport in relation to onward Transport
Our Forecourt Ambassador may be the first point of call for many of our customers and is responsible for creating a positive first impression and giving a friendly and professional welcome to Glasgow Airport and to our City.
They will champion the Taxi Service’s Customer Promise by living our commitment to Customer Service every day, ensuring their colleagues and drivers are doing the same and providing feedback to the Forecourt Operations Manager on any issues.
