Processing the termination of all vehicles returned, and dealing with all that this requires
Setting up, and payment of, brokerage disposal contracts
Disposal and other ad-hoc sales Invoicing
Ensure that all finance correspondence is filed in an efficient and accurate manner
To identify and win new business opportunities with fleets of 75+ vehicles. This role is supported by dedicated new business sales support and is responsible for all processes up to and including implementation before handover of the account to the Account Development Team.
Contribute to the achievement of the company’s objectives, by successful delivery of best in class service to all customers making contact with ALD. First line management of all incoming queries, across multiple mediums, targeting 95% first time resolution. Prioritise requests,
provide follow up responses within agreed service levels, and in accordance with our business processes.
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Support professional to support the Board of Directors at one of the most successful and fastest growing businesses in Bristol. Yes, the role will involve providing general administrative support, with the responsibilities this naturally brings. However it’s far from meeting room bookings and helping with expenses. You’ll help in all aspects of the business and help the business celebrate its 60th Anniversary in 2018. You’ll be the main point of contact for all the Directors and, in time, will be the ‘go to’ person to get things done. It’s a varied and dynamic role and one which gives scope for more responsibility as experience allows. This role also involves driving the Corporate Social Responsibility agenda for the business.
On a day to day basis you’ll work mainly under your own steam but you’ll be working alongside a group of fantastically friendly people to help you find your way, in an amazing new office environment. To authorize maintenance expenditure in line with company policy and procedure. To provide technical assistance to customers and liaise with suppliers ensuring the most cost effective and safe method of repair.
Design, develop and support MS Dynamics solutions to significantly improve the performance of the business and integrate with ALD’s core applications.
To manage the creation, delivery, roll out and optimisation of new and existing products.
To co-ordinate projects for new product creation and implementation.
