Armstrong Watson is committed to protecting the privacy of our candidates, clients, employees and users of our website. We will ensure that the information you submit via our website or through any of our offices is only used for the purposes set out in the policy.
The information we collect and how we use it
Armstrong Watson may collect your personal details. Including but not limited to your name and contact details (together with your email address) and other relevant information to your CV. On occasions this may include sensitive information such as details of criminal convictions and ethnic origin.
The information is held, used and disclosed by us:
- To enable you to submit your CV/ application for speculative application or to apply for specific jobs.
Your information will be stored for a period of 6 month. If you are successfully appointed to a role within Armstrong Watson you information will be kept indefinitely during your employment.
Access
You have the right at any time to ask for the a copy of the information supplied by you that we hold. We may ask you to verify your identify and for more information about your request. If you would like to make a formal request, please contact privacy@armstrongwatson.co.uk
