Bradbury House is a social enterprise where we produce and sell handcrafted artisan chocolate to customers across the UK. Bradbury House is a supportive training environment where individuals learn real life skills in areas such as chocolate making, packaging, food hygiene, customer service, and order fulfilment. Every chocolate sold helps create meaningful opportunities, build confidence, and prepare people for further employment.

About the Role:
Administrator – Bradbury House
Hours: 15 Hours Per Week
Location: Bradbury House, Knaresborough


We are looking for a skilled and organised administrator to join our team and play a key role in the day to day running of our social enterprise chocolate production. This role is central to ensuring efficient operations and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the smooth running of chocolate production alongside the Manager through administrative and organisational tasks

  • Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory for ingredients and packaging

  • Co-ordinate schedules and communication across teams to ensure deadlines and production goals are met

  • Maintain accurate records related to production, sales, and compliance with food hygiene and safety standards

  • Assist with organising workshops and events

  • Support the development and documentation of new product ideas and processes

  • Carry out other reasonable duties that contribute to the success and growth of the social enterprise
