About the Department

Our Marketing team brings the Bailey brand to life, showcasing our caravans, motorhomes, and campervans to customers and retailer partners.

From creative campaigns and digital content to events and communications, the team works across multiple channels to share our story and inspire adventure. With a focus on creativity, collaboration, and customer connection, they play a key role in building brand awareness and driving demand for our products.

Summary of Role:

Day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns across both Bailey and Prima Leisure, ensuring all

activity is delivered on time, to the highest standard, and aligned with our brand values and mission. A key focus

of the role will be embedding Prima Leisure, Bailey’s sister company and e-commerce platform, into core Bailey

communications as the go-to destination for parts and accessories.


Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Product

Development and Operations to create and deliver inspiring, customer-focused campaigns that drive

engagement across consumers, media and our retailer network.


You will also play a key role in the planning and delivery of product launches and major events, taking shared

ownership of the marketing communications strategy and helping to bring campaigns to life across multiple

channels. From concept through to execution, you will ensure activity is impactful, cohesive and maximises

brand visibility for both Bailey and Prima Leisure.


Product launches and events

· Take a leading role in the planning and delivery of integrated product launches and brand events for both Bailey and Prima Leisure, targeting retailers, media and consumers

· Support the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that bring new products and initiatives to life, ensuring clear and compelling communication of key features and benefits

· Work closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaign assets and experiences

· Plan, coordinate and oversee photography and video content creation, ensuring all outputs meet brand standards and campaign objectives

· Help embed Prima Leisure within Bailey launches and events, reinforcing its position as the go-to destination for parts and accessories

· Support the delivery of national exhibitions, regional shows and brand events, ensuring a consistent, high-quality and engaging presence across all touchpoints

· Collaborate with Sales and retail partners to provide marketing support for events, including product selection, display requirements and campaign collateral

· Represent the brand at events where required, engaging confidently with media, retailers and customers

Collaboration and campaign delivery

· Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development and Operations to ensure marketing activity is aligned, accurate and delivered on time

· Contribute to the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and commercial impact across both Bailey and Prima Leisure

· Ensure all marketing communications are consistent, on-brand and aligned with company messaging and objectives
