The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Ecommerce Marketing Executive with proven digital and ecommerce experience to take ownership of PRIMA Leisure’s online performance across multiple websites and a growing product catalogue. This is a hands‑on role with real influence, ideal for someone who wants to make a visible commercial impact.

The Role

As Ecommerce Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering PRIMA Leisure and Bailey Caravans’ group digital strategy by driving high‑performing, conversion‑focused activity across the full customer journey.


You’ll take ownership of PRIMA’s online catalogue of c. 40,000 SKUs, ensuring products are visible, compelling and easy to buy. Working across CRM, SEO, AIO, PPC and onsite optimisation alongside our digital agencies and partners, you’ll focus on improving data hygiene, driving traffic, conversion rate, basket value and repeat purchases while enhancing the customer ordering experience. Using analytics and trading insight, you’ll test, learn and iterate, turning performance data into practical actions that improve key ecommerce metrics and inform future strategy.


About PRIMA Leisure

PRIMA Leisure is the accessories and after‑market sister company to Bailey of Bristol, a family owned business and one of the UK’s leading caravan and motorhome manufacturers. This role sits within Bailey’s Marketing team and supports the group’s wider digital strategy, with a dedicated focus on enhancing ecommerce capability, optimisation and online trading performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape an industry‑leading online shopping experience while playing a central role in PRIMA and Bailey’s digital evolution.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise ecommerce performance across multiple websites

  • Manage and optimise a large and evolving online product catalogue (c. 40,000 SKUs)

  • Own the onboarding and launching of new products, working closely with the Purchasing team to manage stock to demand

  • Manage and maximise relationships with partners and suppliers to ensure products are optimally ranged and marketed

  • Provide value-added reporting and insight to the wider business and external stakeholders

  • Working with multiple stakeholders to plan and deliver digital campaigns that drive traffic, conversion and revenue

  • Improve product visibility and performance through AIO, SEO and onsite optimisation

  • Drive continual improvement of product feeds and PPC campaigns for maximum ROI

  • Use data, analytics and trading insight to drive continual performance improvements across key digital metrics.

  • Work closely with external agencies and partners across SEO / SEM and website development

  • Optimise the customer journey for both B2B and B2C audiences

  • Support the development of PRIMA and Bailey’s CRM platform and lifecycle marketing activity

  • Support the integration of AI and other emerging technologies into our marketing strategy and leverage in day-to-day activity

  • Ensure all digital touchpoints, product content and campaigns align with brand standards and commercial priorities

Requirements

  • Commercially minded with proven ecommerce and digital marketing experience

  • Confident working with large product catalogues and a wide range of products

  • Data‑driven, analytical and comfortable using performance insights to guide decisions

  • Digitally fluent and technically curious, with a strong understanding of ecommerce best practice

  • Proactive, hands‑on and excited by ongoing optimisation and experimentation

  • Able to balance creativity and technology to deliver tangible commercial results

  • Effective communication skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders

  • Knowledge of data governance and GDPR best practice

  • HubSpot experience highly desirable

  • Strong grounding in SEM with experience of optimising content and products for paid media platforms (Google Merchant Centre, Google Shopping, Meta Ads)

  • Adherence to all health and safety procedures
