About The Role
We are always looking for the next Production Operative to join our team!
We’re building a Talent Pool of skilled and enthusiastic Production Operatives, ready to step in as new roles become available across our busy manufacturing site in Bristol. Whether you’ve got hands-on experience or are just starting out and keen to learn, we want to hear from you.
As a Production Operative at Bailey, you’ll be part of a close-knit team responsible for assembling, fitting, finishing and quality checking our products. From carpentry and panel fitting to wiring and plumbing, your day will be active, varied and rewarding. Working on a fast-paced production line, you’ll need to be reliable, hard-working and take real pride in the quality of your work.
We’re looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a great eye for detail, and a proactive attitude. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or other practical roles is helpful — but it’s not essential. If you’re good with your hands, keen to learn new skills, and enjoy working as part of a team, you could be a great fit.
In return, we offer full training, opportunities to develop your skills, and the chance to be part of a respected British brand known for excellence. You’ll work in a safe, supportive environment where your contribution really matters, with access to employee benefits, product discounts, and wellbeing support.
By joining our Production Operative Talent Pool, you’ll be among the first we contact when vacancies open up. It’s a great way to get ahead of the queue and show us you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
