Newspress, the world’s leading provider of press information for the automotive industry, has a vacancy for a Content Administrator

We are a thriving company that works with major car manufacturers and many automotive industry companies, distributing key press material on their behalf and managing their media content on platforms to help drive the UK’s motor industry.  

About the role 

- You will work as part of a close-knit team, to load and distribute client press materials, including word, image and video files, using our simple to use state-of-the art, proprietary technologies. 
- Manage press releases and related content on to key platforms and accurately update materials on websites using our proprietary CMS. 
- Ensure client materials are managed timely and accurately with the support of highly experienced colleagues. 
- Use your growing expertise to help optimise and steer the future of our systems via our dedicated web development team. 

What we need from you:

- An enthusiasm for detail and an analytical approach to ensuring that materials are managed accurately and correctly. 

- A strong team ethos. 

- A good level of written and spoken English. 

- A professional and confident approach to work-related communications. 

- A willingness to learn 


A working knowledge of the following programmes for the preparation and uploading of content to websites: 

  • Microsoft Word 
  • Microsoft Excel (basic knowledge) 
  • HTML (basic knowledge) 
  • Adobe Photoshop (basic knowledge) 
  • Adobe Acrobat (basic knowledge) 
  • CMS (basic knowledge) 

Full training will be given

You would be required to visit our Horsham office at least once a month for face to face meetings.


You will be required to complete 2 weeks training in Horsham then occasional travel to the office for the monthly meeting - you will be required to live within a reasonable distance to commute - Hybrid role.
