We have some exciting opportunities available at Barking and Dagenham College. A new opportunity has arisen in the marketing team for a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and DATA Assistant!
Are you data driven and have a passion for your work? If so, then this exciting new role may be just for you!
The successful candidate will provide CRM support to the Marketing, Recruitment and Stakeholder Engagement Teams. You will be highly organised in supporting the collection of leads, delivery of engagement as well as conversion communications and campaigns and the delivery of targeted communications to our applicants and enquirers.
In addition, you will help build views and workflows in the CRM system and be conversant with generating reports.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding and experience of working with CRM platforms and/or database management, and be IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook) and web technologies.
You should also have;
- A relevant first degree or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates relevant levels of knowledge and skills
- GCSE (C grade or above) in English and Maths or equivalent
The ability to organise, prioritise, multitask and problem solve, along with the ability to work accurately and with attention to detail, is and absolute must.
