We have an exciting new role within the Marketing, Recruitment and Stake Holder Engagement Directorate for a dedicated Customer Engagement Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the customer engagement team in providing an outstanding customer service to all BDC customers and stakeholders.
The role will be responsible for managing the reception and customer service teams across both our Rush Green and Barking Campuses, school engagement strategy, and our college CEIAG offer to prospective and current students.
You will have excellent communication and inter personal skills as you will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager, and Admissions, Student Finance and Onboarding Manager to support the overall enquiry to induction lifecycle of our students; ensuring that this is effective, efficient and service driven.
