We have an exciting new role within the Marketing, Recruitment and Stake Holder Engagement Directorate for a dedicated Customer Service Team Leader.  

The successful candidate will report into the Customer Engagement Manager and ensure that a high quality customer oriented service is delivered to all customers. 

You will be liaising with customers via the telephone, in person and will ensure that the information you are providing is clear, accurate and impartial.

As part of the role, you will be expected to undertake activities related to the registration and conversion of enquiries into application.
