We are excited to announce that Barking and Dagenham College has now launched its Apprenticeship campaign! We are on the search for passionate, enthusiastic, innovative and hardworking individuals who will not only be an asset to the College but transform and make a positive difference at Team BDC.

There are a number of apprenticeships that are available ranging from level 3 (Advanced apprenticeships) all the way to level 6 (Degree/ Graduate apprenticeships). As such, please take the time to have a look at our current opportunities.

The recruitment campaign will last for 6 weeks (October- November). Shortlisting and Assessments will take place in December and Appointments will be made from January 2021 onwards (however, the time frame may be subject to change)

Barking & Dagenham College is a vibrant and highly successful College in East London with circa 12,500 students, circa 500 established staff and a turnover of £35m.  The College offers routes into learning from entry level through to MBA level, including apprenticeships, higher level apprentices, higher education and job centre plus clients.  We have technical specialist areas from level 3 and above with a broad based curriculum up to level 2.  We are immensely proud of the achievements of our students, our entrepreneurial and motivated staff team and our extensive partnership network.  The College trains circa 850 apprentices, including circa 110 higher level apprenticeships and delivers work place training, traineeships and higher level technical and professional specialisms up to MBA level in our 4 strategic vocational areas; Construction, Design & Management; Engineering including mechatronics & robotics; Digital Creative; Health & Social Care and Leadership and Management across the pan London occupational sectors.

JOIN OUR TEAM!

We have an exciting opportunity for two Recruiter Apprentices to join the Business Development team. This is a level 3 recruitment consultant apprenticeship and will last for a period of 12 months.

The role will involve attracting candidates and matching them to different opportunities with different employers/clients. You will be self-motivated, tenacious and be a confident communicator with the drive and determination to succeed.
