  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between Council employees and project teams.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead the project team through all phases of the implementation, from planning to post-go-live support.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Data Migration: Oversee data cleansing activities and ensure data integrity during migration.
  • Cloud Implementation: Work closely with IT, HR Operations, Financial Systems and MHR to set up the new iTrent instance within the cloud.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address project risks promptly.
  • Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration among internal teams, consultants, and third parties.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the successful delivery of the iTrent system on time and within budget.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT implementations.
  • Familiarity with HR & Payroll systems, preferably iTrent.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a dynamic team driving digital transformation.
  • Contribute to the modernisation of HR and payroll processes.
  • Gain exposure to cutting-edge cloud technologies.
