We are looking for a Project Lead to lead the Creative and Cultural Skills Hub, who will be collaborative, adaptable and have genuine enthusiasm for the cultural sector and its role in community development.

The brand new Creative and Cultural Skills Hub hosted by Beamish aims to boost the skills, capacity and resilience of County Durham’s cultural sector. Working through five dynamic strands - Apprenticeships, Paid Placements, Mentoring, a new Level 3 qualification, and Volunteering - the Hub will make connections and create opportunities across the Into the Light Programme and with creative and cultural organisations throughout the County. Working closely with Culture Durham, the Skills Hub will create pathways for communities with historically low levels of representation in the sector, building a more inclusive, diverse and skilled workforce for the future.
