We are seeking an additional Southern-based Sales Manager, ideally located in the Southern Counties, to help us continue to foster growth and development of our talented sales team. You will take over full management responsibility for the Showrooms and Sales Designers in your area. The opportunity exists for an energetic and effective individual to maximise the team’s performance by a combination of coaching, mentoring, and support.
Candidates need to come with a strong individual sales record within the higher-end kitchen industry, and previous management experience would be advantageous. The ability to lead by example and work to demanding targets will be essential.
