YOUR NEW ROLE:
Working in the position of Recruitment Professional, a newly created role, you will assume responsibility for driving recruitment processes for varied roles across all divisions and their departments, including factory, sales, supply chain, client services and others, working closely with the hiring managers and the general HR team, to ensure effective recruitment for companywide requirements.  

The main responsibility of this role is suitable candidate generation and management.  As a local point of contact for the hiring manager, you will ensure the process runs smoothly and effectively.  By administering the hiring system, from requisition to placement, you will track and process progression of each individual role. You will also lead recruitment strategies to reflect the business needs and manage stakeholders' expectations in a consultative manner. You will cooperate with external suppliers (staffing and head-hunting agencies). Among your responsibilities will be identifying improvement areas, proactively suggesting and inspiring changes aimed at process optimisation. You should be experienced in using a broad number of talent sourcing channels and tools.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and we offer hybrid working.

WHAT SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE:
Ideally you will have a proven track record within corporate recruitment.  You need to be a motivated self-starter who has the ability to work both independently using your initiative and as part of a team that is remotely spread across the UK.  Your attention to detail and organisation skills will be second to none, and you can demonstrate you are client service and delivery focused.  You always deliver accurate work within the agreed timeframe and you will know your way around applicant tracking systems, how sourcing works and how to work with external recruitment agencies.
