The role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to help deliver and enhance a support model that provides excellent pass rates, student experience and strong operational relationships with our clients and trainees.
The overall objective of this role is to provide administrative support to the team that provide proactive, personalised support to trainees and apprentices across our Accountancy & Tax programmers ensuring that they are fully prepared and confident to successfully pass their professional exams.
This is an exciting and demanding sales role which will require you to convert customer enquiries into bookings by identifying customers’ needs and matching our products to give a best-fit solution, in line with BPP standards and targets. You will be required to follow up leads in order to determine validity and timescale for action, making bookings wherever possible. You will need to be comfortable working to targets, and being measured on these.
Working closely with key internal departments and externally with clients, the Programme Manager will be responsible for ensuring the programmes run successfully for key Professional Firm clients.
The Programme Manager will act as a key point of contact between BPP and the client, working closely with the Account team to ensure service and programme requirements are met.
This is a varied role requiring a confident, pro-active, self-motivated and highly organised individual who enjoys working as part of a team and has the ability to work independently.
Key tasks include national course scheduling, implementation of programmes, planning courses, ensuring courses are delivered as planned and on time, overseeing reporting and analysing trainee performance.
This is an exciting and demanding contact centre role which will require you to process bookings and apply your product knowledge in order to deal with customer enquiries. You will need to be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment. The main purpose of this role is:
1) To maintain excellent quality customer service within SLAs on phones, by email and when processing orders.
2) To make changes to booked courses and handling the necessary administration relating to bookings
3) To resolve customer complaints at first point of contact wherever possible
