Lecturer – Technical Apprenticeships (Networking and Infrastructure)

Compliance Administrator

Full time, 8 month fixed term contract


Job Purpose:

This role is an integral part of the Business School Compliance team, reporting to the Head of Administration and Compliance. You will be key to the monitoring and recording of student attendance across the Business School’s suite of programmes. The role will be working with the other Business School Compliance Administrators to ensure the accurate logging of attendance into BPP’s record system as well as the school’s attendance overviews.

Clinical Lecturer/Senior Clinical Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry

Part time, 7.5 hours per week

The primary role will be the provision of clinical teaching and support for postgraduate Dentistry Students. In addition, you will be expected to take part in all aspects of clinical and occasional educational activities.

This post would be ideally suited to a dentist (on the Restorative Dentistry GDC specialist list register) with experience and an interest in teaching and education.

Head of Programmes (Finance)

This role will drive the strategic development of the portfolio of finance qualifications with overall accountability for classroom materials and delivery (face to face and on-line) in line with the Business Division strategy. The role will ensure that all aspects of the offering are appropriate for delivery as stand-alone programmes and within apprenticeships.

The role sits within the Corporate & Apprenticeships division of the Business School, a part of the business that have a key role to play in delivering on revenue and strategic targets by meeting the needs of corporate learners and their employers through the delivery of high quality professional qualifications and aligned apprenticeship programmes. The role holder will work closely with the Senior Head of Programmes and the Director of Programmes to fulfil the overall aims of the division.  Close alignment and collaboration with other Heads of Programmes will form a core part of the role.

We are looking for highly motivated, practitioner-experienced lecturers to bring high quality teaching and module development into the School.

Job Background

The role of the faculty within the Business School is to develop and deliver engaging teaching and learning materials (across Levels 3 to 6) that ensure that learner’s in the Business School receive a premium education and learning experience.

The key duties of Associate Faculty on these programmes will be teaching (primarily live, on line via the Adobe Connect platform, with a possible requirement for some face to face delivery) and module material development. There is also the opportunity to undertake a variety of additional duties including, but not restricted to, module leadership, assessment marking and project supervision across the wider Business School.
