Scope of the role
We are looking for an Internal Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for incoming and  outgoing calls from existing customers and dealing with any queries or orders, introducing the seasonal products, discussing the new menus and incoming products in season and closing a call with a sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will have a portfolio (aligned to your skill set) of c.150 accounts that you will be contacting on a daily or weekly basis and an additional c.100 accounts you will contact every 2 weeks. You will be working closely with the Field Sales Team who are responsible for opening new accounts
  • You will become an ambassador for a product category and will champion the success of this within the business and industry.
  •  You'll be dealing with the decision maker of the business this can be anybody from the head chef, manager, buyer or the owner.
