Working within the Fresh Fish Preparation Team, maintaining stock and processing customer orders ensuring quality, specification and visual presentation are at the highest standards that meet the business’s and the customer requirements and support the delivery of the Sysco Vision “To Be Our Customers' Most Valued and Trusted Business Partner”.
Operating at all times within the correct Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations.

Previous experience in a fishmonger role is critical for this role
Fish preparation experience
Understanding of product packaging requirements
Basic Food Hygiene
Attention to detail
Ability to work in pressurised environment
Takes responsibility for quality of own work
